Job Description

Job Objective

This proposition is responsible for issuing policy, billing and
payment collection and preparing monthly report

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage policy issuing, billing and payment collection service of the endowment
    life products and Term life products
  • Endorsement certificate issuance
  • Manage the delivery of the recurring premium notice to the recipients and
    relative channels (SMS, Call Center Service)
  • Notify reminders to the relative channels to collect the premium within the grace
    period
  • Prepare monthly premium income report
Other Responsibilities 
  • Filing the case with necessary documents as per instructions
  • Prepare the timely delivery the Policy, Receipt and Endorsement Documents to
    the policyholder/ relative channel
  • Other related tasks assigned by direct superior

Job Requirements
Experience 
 

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the relevance field.
  • Financial institution and Insurance Knowledge is preferable.

Qualifications  

University Degree Business Management or any Business-related Degree
