Job Objective
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects
- Collaborate with product Coordinator on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain, manage and modify all software systems, tools, and applications.
- Develop and analyze functional specifications.
- Be the interface between end-users and software consultants.
- Coordinate and support software professionals in project management and analyzing applications and tools.
- Develop, analyze and implement testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendor to build and implement technology solutions.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
- Confirm program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
- Work with stakeholders to maintain existing software as needed throughout their lifetime.
- On completion, you will install and train the stakeholders to effectively use the program.
- Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements, preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of system workflow, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner.
- Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Must have 3years of working experience in Business Analysis or software development support
- English Language in proficient
- Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect workflows
Competencies
- Must have endurance over work pressure and workload
- Must good communication in workspace
- Must be active during the progressing projects
- Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements
in short time - Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department
procedure
Qualifications
- University Degree in IT related field
- Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an
added advantage
