Job Description

Job Objective

This proposition is responsible for contributing to and delivering on the communication strategy and activities, supporting our objectives of rising income and advocating for change, and leading on the creating of compelling content to support the corporate strategic pillars and broader organisation communication needs

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Measuring the success of marketing and creative campaigns across distribution
• Prepare communication methods and deliver the communication strategies and
activities support for the sales activities
• Deliver the brand repositioning strategy and modify the concept from time to
• Streamlining marketing process to realise cost savings across the distribution
• Assessing and consulting new marketing opportunities for generating new
• Championing the brand identity to ensure all the stakeholders understand the
brand and its goals
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationship with all stakeholders
(across touchpoints)
• Develop and consult high quality and effective marketing materials (Brand
Collaterals) that align correctly with the overall brand strategy

Communications Enhancement
• Develop and implement Ecosystem Partnership Model
• Prepare a multimedia data reporting analytics tool for all the media channel
• Develop and implement the corporate communication milestones and maintain
the competitiveness
Other Responsibilities
• Develop deep understanding of currently offering products and assist in the
development process
• Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant
documents are updated in timely manner
• Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of
the workflow
• Provide Process Flow Training for the new entries

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevance field
• Insurance Knowledge is preferable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound knowledge in planning and budgeting
• Date Analytical Skill
• Coaching skills
• English Language
• Microsoft Office Environment
• University Degree B. Com or any Business-Related Degrees
• Relevant post graduate qualification is an added advantage
