Job Description

Job Objective

  • The primary objective of this role is supporting the marketing team with
  • various tasks related to promoting the company’s products and image

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as commercial, operations, admin,
    HR, finance and customer care to fulfill the requirements of projects
  • Maintain corporate website and update the information on website as necessary
    based on the request
  • Review monthly website performance and provide the monthly report with
    comprehensive recommendations
  • Control Viber community channel and manage the contents and subscriber
    growth plan for Viber
  • Review monthly Viber performance and prepare the monthly report with
    comprehensive recommendations
  • Support Assistant Manager in the planning and execution of video/photo
    production and events management as necessary
  • Monitor on the market trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape
    to be able to apply on the brand.
  • Make monthly and project-based financing process and documentations
  • Lead all offline materials printing process from design development until final
    output with the support of admin department.
  • Run final approval process for design, payment and projects implementation
  • Prepare routine and daily internal report to track the daily tasks

Other Responsibilities

  • Create bi-weekly Quiz for internal Employee Engagement activities and arrange
    the prizes for it
  • Go and purchase necessary items for specific projects or campaigns

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the professional sales & marketing
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels such as digital marketing, social
    media, content marketing, and traditional advertising
  • Having sound insurance knowledge is preferable

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related
    field
  • An MBA or relevant post graduate qualification is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
