Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promoting brand identity to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the brand and its goals
  • Developing high-quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy
  • Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and company brand repositioning
  • Implementing marketing initiatives, innovative campaigns, and events that align with company and management guidelines
  • Liaising with outsourcing companies to develop concepts for branding, graphics, advertising, and promotional materials
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
  • Reporting performance of marketing initiative through evaluation of performance metrics

Other Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of currently offering products
  • Develop innovative content on a wide range of projects and media
  • Ensure all relevant documents are updated in a timely manner
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field
  • Insurance Knowledge is preferable Competencies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge in planning and budgeting
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Well-versed with working Microsoft Office Environment


  • University Degree B.B.A or any Business-Related Degrees
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage
