Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Promoting brand identity to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the brand and its goals
- Developing high-quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy
- Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and company brand repositioning
- Implementing marketing initiatives, innovative campaigns, and events that align with company and management guidelines
- Liaising with outsourcing companies to develop concepts for branding, graphics, advertising, and promotional materials
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
- Reporting performance of marketing initiative through evaluation of performance metrics
Other Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of currently offering products
- Develop innovative content on a wide range of projects and media
- Ensure all relevant documents are updated in a timely manner
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Insurance Knowledge is preferable Competencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge in planning and budgeting
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Well-versed with working Microsoft Office Environment
Qualifications
- University Degree B.B.A or any Business-Related Degrees
- Relevant post-graduate qualification is an added advantage
