Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Minimum (2) years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge in planning and budgeting
  • Computer literate
  • Proficiency in English Language

Job Descriptions

  • Monitor inventory levels and requisition and purchase supplies as needed
  • Create budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services
  • Schedule maintenance of the office’s equipment and computers, maintain meeting schedules and write or review contracts
  • Manage clerical or other administrative staff
  • Motivate, lead and guide the subordinates
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other departments
