Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Graduate, preferably in the fields of Administration & Management
  • MBA and other relevant qualifications is an added advantage
  • Minimum (2) years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation Skills
  • Mature judgment and the ability to handle confidential matters
  • Sound knowledge in planning and budgeting
  • Computer literate
  • Proficiency in English Language

Job Descriptions

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Assess training needs within the Organization through the HODs
  • Coordinate with training institutes/ trainers for relevant trainings for AMI employees
  • Perform appraisals on the staffs stipulated by Human Resource and Regulators and any other duties assigned and directed by Managing Director
