Job Description

Job Objective

  • This proposition is responsible for issuing policy, billing and payment collection and preparing monthly report.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage policy issuing, billing and payment collection service of the endowment life products and Term life products.
  • Endorsement certificate issuance
  • Manage the delivery of the recurring premium notice to the recipients and relative channels (SMS, Call Center Service).
  • Notify reminders to the relative channels to collect the premium within the grace period.
  • Prepare monthly premium income report.

Other Responsibilities

  • Filing the case with necessary documents as per instructions
  • Prepare the timely delivery the Policy, Receipt and Endorsement Documents to the policyholder/ relative channel
  • Other related tasks assigned by direct superior.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the relevance field.
  • Financial institution and Insurance Knowledge is preferable.

Qualifications

  • University Degree Business Management or any Business-related Degree
