Job Description
Job Objective
Maintain and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
Monitor network performance and integrity
Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- managing ticket queues
- determining departmental priorities
- managing IT infrastructure
- resolving software and hardware issues
- troubleshooting computer problems
- working closely with the IT department to design and maintain cloud, Windows, Unix, and other infrastructures.
- offer technical support for Windows, and cloud-based systems, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Prepare the reporting for IT asset maintenance, timeline, plan and other related matters.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner.
- Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of
the workflow.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Must have 3 years of working experience in network and infra support
- English Language in proficient
- Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect workflows
Competencies
- Must have endurance over work pressure and workload
- Must good communication in workspace
- Must be active during the progressing projects
- Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements in short time
- Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure
Qualifications
- University Degree in IT related field
- Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an
added advantage
