Job Description

Job Objective

  • Gather and analyze data for potential
  • business expansion
  • Influence stakeholders to support business projects
  • Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify specific business opportunities
  • Assist with project management for selected projects
  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
  • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
  • Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Quick Sight or something
  • Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
  • Communication to collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge
  • Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task
  • Report to Manager weekly and follow-up the processes in time

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant
  • documents are updated in timely manner.
  • Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Must have 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis
  • English Language in proficient
  • Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect
    workflows

Competencies

  • Must have endurance over work pressure and workload
  • Must good communication in workspace
  • Must be active during the progressing projects
  • Must be active during the progressing projects
  • Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements in short time
  • Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure

Qualifications

  • University Degree in IT related field
  • Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an
    added advantage
