Job Objective
- Gather and analyze data for potential
- business expansion
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects
- Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Identify specific business opportunities
- Assist with project management for selected projects
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
- Identify automation opportunities
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reporting tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Quick Sight or something
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Communication to collaborate with colleagues and clients
- Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge
- Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task
- Report to Manager weekly and follow-up the processes in time
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant
- documents are updated in timely manner.
- Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Must have 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis
- English Language in proficient
- Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect
workflows
Competencies
- Must have endurance over work pressure and workload
- Must good communication in workspace
- Must be active during the progressing projects
- Must be active during the progressing projects
- Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements in short time
- Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure
Qualifications
- University Degree in IT related field
- Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an
added advantage
