Job Description
Job Objective
- This job is to prepare the Agency Department to explore new potential Staffs (inbound and outbound) and maintaining existing Agents.
- To provide the specialist support during screening, evaluating and business planning process with Agency Department.
- To conduct performance management, controlling tasks for the Individual Agents, Individual Sales.
- Prepare and supervise the reporting procedure and provide the necessary support
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- To strictly follow the supervisor’s instructions.
- To assist agents in relation to sales and improve for sales target.
- Produce regular channel sales reports, e.g. Monthly Sales Report
- Present where required channel results to Supervisor.
- To cooperate with other departments.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevan documents are updated in timely manner
- Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow
- Ensure to follow proper procedure for Internal Audit Charter
- Provide Process Flow Training for the new entries
Job Requirements
Experiences
- At least 1 years of experience in the insurance field with the relevance experience in the sales channel or other Business Development experience in sale and marketing.
- Insurance Knowledge is preferable.
Competencies
- Deep understanding of business development with sale management
- Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative performance evaluation criteria
- Experience in managing business development team
- Sales management process and performance

Qualifications
- Acceptable any University- Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
