Job Objective
This role is to assist with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate client records, and performing daily data entry into the organization’s core system.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Data Entry & System Maintenance:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the company’s core system
related to key account activities, transactions, and client updates. - Ensure all records are complete, up to date, and compliant with internal
documentation standards.
Account Support:
- Assist in maintaining client files, tracking partnership deliverables, and
updating account information. - Support the preparation of reports, service logs, and internal documentation
related to key clients.
Administrative Assistance:
- Coordinate schedules, meeting arrangements, and follow-ups for account-related activities.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, internal memos, and basic client correspondence.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to gather required information and ensure accurate data capture.
- Report any discrepancies or issues in the system to the supervisor for
resolution.
Client Support (as directed):
- Support basic client inquiries and relay important information to the Key Account Supervisor or Manager.
- Help ensure client satisfaction through prompt, reliable, and professional
support.
Job Requirements
Experiences
- Minimum (3) years working experience as sales admin
- Insurance knowledge is preferable

Qualifications
- University Degree or any Business-Related Degrees
- Business-related prefer graduated Diplomas
- Customer service experience highly preferred
