Job Description
Job Objective

This position is to facilitate the IT Software development field of AMI Life. To provide specialist support for implementation, system integration, project management of corporate missions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for
optimization.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during system changes.
  • Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and operations to align IT solutions with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, and third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor relationships and contracts related to technology solutions.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Gathers business requirements from stakeholders and prepare business requirements documents.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring their contributions align with project requirements.
  • Performs UAT testing and works closely with stakeholders in conducting user accepting testing to ensure that the delivered product matches the user’s requirements.
  • Collaborate project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation with solutions coordinator.

Job Requirements

Experiences

  • Must have 3years of working experience in Business Analysis.
  • English Language in proficient.
  • Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect workflows.

Competencies

  • Must have endurance over work pressure and workload.
  • Must good communication in workspace.
  • Must be active during the progressing projects.
  • Must try to explore or learn the objectives of work requirements in a short time.
  • Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in the IT related field.
  • Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an added advantage.
