Job Description

Job Objective

  • Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
  • Influence stakeholders to support business projects
  • Collaborate with product Coordinator on roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Test business processes and recommend improvements

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing ticket queues
  • Determining departmental priorities
  • Managing IT teams
  • Resolving software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshooting computer problems
  • Working closely with the IT department to design and maintain cloud, Windows, Unix, and other infrastructures.
  • Offer technical support for Windows, and cloud-based systems, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner.
  • Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Must have 3years of working experience in Business Analysis
  • English Language in proficient
  • Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect
    workflows

Competencies

  • Must have endurance over work pressure and workload
  • Must good communication in workspace
  • Must be active during the progressing projects
  • Must be active during the progressing projects
  • Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements in short time
  • Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure

Qualifications

  • University Degree in IT related field
  • Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an
    added advantage
