Job Objective
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects
- Collaborate with product Coordinator on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Managing ticket queues
- Determining departmental priorities
- Managing IT teams
- Resolving software and hardware issues
- Troubleshooting computer problems
- Working closely with the IT department to design and maintain cloud, Windows, Unix, and other infrastructures.
- Offer technical support for Windows, and cloud-based systems, and troubleshoot operational issues.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner.
- Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Must have 3years of working experience in Business Analysis
- English Language in proficient
- Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect

- Must have endurance over work pressure and workload
- Must good communication in workspace
- Must be active during the progressing projects

Qualifications
- University Degree in IT related field
- Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an
