Job Objective
This role will lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships, contributing directly to the organization’s expansion and long-term objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Industry Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a clear business development roadmap focused on acquiring three new industries within the fiscal year.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential sectors for expansion.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, approach, and build strategic relationships with potential partners and stakeholders within target industries.
- Lead negotiations and discussions to structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Tasked with acquiring partnerships across three different new industries within the fiscal year.
- Project Execution & Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process for each targeted industry— from lead generation and stakeholder engagement to onboarding and activation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership plans.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track progress against annual acquisition targets, ensuring timely updates to senior management.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, industry insights, and partnership performance metrics.
- Team Leadership & Support:
- Guide and support junior team members in lead generation and partnership engagement activities.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on performance and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Experiences
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance field with the relevance experience in the sales channel
Competencies
- Deep understanding of sales and performance management.
- Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative performance evaluation criteria
- Experience in working with team.
- Sales management process and performance.
- Facilitate presentation skills.

- Prefer Business Related- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma
