Job Description

Job Objective

  • This job is to provide the leadership and direction for the life insurance operations process, to perform operations development research and implement, to establish and promote the best practice.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Operations Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the operational process comply with underwriting guideline, claims management guideline and Regulatory compliance
  • Ensure that the administration and servicing operations processes align with Company’s guidelines and regulations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations to meet customer and business’ needs
  • Develop and modify policies’ reporting dashboard and compliance reports
  • To implement experience-oriented customer due diligence process and KYC process
  • Assist Sr. Management in the annual and quarterly budgeting and planning process
  • Assist in implementation of Target Operating Model
  • Set-up the team and individual KPIs and deliver in timely manner

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner
  • Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow
  • Provide Process Flow Training for the new entries

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working experience as Management Position
  • Min 5 years working experience and background in Financial Service Industry

  • Microsoft Office Environment

Qualifications

  • University Degree B. Com or any Business-Related Degrees/ MBA Preferrable
  • Post-graduate Insurance Diploma
  • Accounting Related Postgraduate Diplomas
