Job Description

Job Objective

Deep understanding of content strategy and social media platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement and measurable business growth. Aiming to develop and manage innovative and data-driven social media campaigns that align with brand’s voice and objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate with outsourcing agency to develop engaging brand-aligned contents across multiple social media platforms
  • Implement targeted campaigns to grow brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation based on overall marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to design and write engaging posts, stories and short-form videos, ensuring consistent brand voice and quality.
  • Monitor and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships and manage online reputation.
  • Track key metrics and prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, social trends and competitor activity to propose fresh and timely ideas for content and campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, commercial and external agencies to align social media with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with relevant influencers/KOLs to boost brand exposure, monitor deliverables and ensure campaign alignment as necessary.

Other Responsibilities

  • Monitor conversations around the brand, industry and competitors to identify opportunities, address concerns and manage brand sentiment.
  • Assist in crafting timely and appropriate responses during PR or customer service crises to protect brand reputation online.
  • Perform other related tasks upon the management and divisions

Job Requirements

Experiences

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Experience in industries such as advertising agencies, insurance, finance and banking.
  • Having sound knowledge of social media trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
