Key Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during system changes.
- Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and operations to align IT solutions with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues.
- Act as a liaison between business users, and third-party vendors.
- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships and contracts related to technology solutions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Gathers business requirements from stakeholders and prepare business requirements documents.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring their contributions align with project requirements.
- Performs UAT testing and works closely with stakeholders in conducting user accepting testing to ensure that the delivered product matches the user’s requirements.
- Collaborate project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation with solutions coordinator.
Job Requirements
Experiences
- Must have 3years of working experience in Business Analysis.
- English Language in proficient.
- Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect workflows.
Competencies
- Must have endurance over work pressure and workload.
- Must good communication in workspace.
- Must be active during the progressing projects.
- Must try to explore or learn the objectives of work requirements in a short time.
- Must Learn the workflow and need to follow the department procedure.
Qualifications
- University Degree in the IT related field.
- Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an added advantage.
