Job Description

Job Objective

  • This job is to facilitate business development field of AMI Life.
  • Identifying the qualified leads and achieving the sales target requirement, assigned by the business unit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in the sales process
  • Collaborate with sales and marcomms teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring and improving customer interactions within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement the leads relationship management.
  • Identify all competitive activities within the market and report back to Unit Leader.
  • Supervise the teams’ activities, provide guidance and support for achieving the sales performance activities.
  • Involve in marketing campaign to increase the brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operation flow
  • Supervise the performance report.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • University degree and/ or Business Administration Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Working experience in Financial Services of which at least 2 years in insurance.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Computer Literacy

Experience

  • Deep understanding of insurance sales and management process.
  • Experience with end-to-end sales process in insurance including KYC, AML, Onboarding process, etc…
  • Deep understanding of life insurance products.
  • Development and implementation of Business Plans.
