Job Description

Job Objective

  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities 

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new material.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical documents.
  • Support vehicle usage in way.
  • Record vehicle maintenance and fuel usage list.
  • Put there cleaning checkpoints to be passed every day.
  • Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. 
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Document the process flow.
  • Performs monthly SSB payment within deadlines
  • Assist to the manager for internal rules, policies, and guidelines enforcement
  • Supporting the HR initiatives and system
  • Perform Ad Hoc projects and assignments as required.

Other Responsibilities

  • Prepare related Admin/HR reports as required
  • Other related tasks from Manager as necessary

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.  
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.

Competencies

  • Communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Information gathering and information monitoring.
  • English Language
  • Teamwork

Qualifications

  • A University Degree
  • Sound knowledge of Asset Management Software
  • Advanced Excel
