Job Description
Job Objective
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase new material.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical documents.
- Support vehicle usage in way.
- Record vehicle maintenance and fuel usage list.
- Put there cleaning checkpoints to be passed every day.
- Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Document the process flow.
- Performs monthly SSB payment within deadlines
- Assist to the manager for internal rules, policies, and guidelines enforcement
- Supporting the HR initiatives and system
- Perform Ad Hoc projects and assignments as required.
Other Responsibilities
- Prepare related Admin/HR reports as required
- Other related tasks from Manager as necessary
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
Competencies
- Communication skills – written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office 365.
- Information gathering and information monitoring.
- English Language
- Teamwork
Qualifications
- A University Degree
- Sound knowledge of Asset Management Software
- Advanced Excel
