Job Description

Job Objective

  • This job is to prepare Financial Statement and annual report

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations.
  • Check for Fixed Asset with register and physical count.
  • Provide for Inventory Ledger and quarterly physical count.
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and other reports.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policy and procedures.
  • Liaise with external auditor by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP principles, IFRS and Company Policies.
  • Assist with quires from Finance Manager and Assistant Manager.

Functional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, communications, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable, strong work ethic.
  • Ability to use computer applications as required – Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Others

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working experience as Senior Accountant
  • Insurance Knowledge is preferable.

Qualifications

  • B. Com (or) ACCA Part II
