Job Objective
- This job is to prepare Financial Statement and annual report
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations.
- Check for Fixed Asset with register and physical count.
- Provide for Inventory Ledger and quarterly physical count.
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and other reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policy and procedures.
- Liaise with external auditor by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles, IFRS and Company Policies.
- Assist with quires from Finance Manager and Assistant Manager.
Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, communications, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable, strong work ethic.
- Ability to use computer applications as required – Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Others
Job Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Senior Accountant
- Insurance Knowledge is preferable.
Qualifications
- B. Com (or) ACCA Part II
