Job Objective

This job is to prepare Business Development of potential and existing partners. To provide the specialist support during screening, evaluating and business planning process

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Partnership Channel Development
  • In collaboration with the stakeholders pursue business arrangements with Microfinance institutions and Businesses 
  • Roll-out and manage Life sales models in the branches of confirmed business partners. 
  • Build 3- 5 years Partnership Business Plan- which will be evaluated by premium growth, economic profit and other incomes 
  • Develop and execute Life Insurance sales training program in Partners
  • Implement sales drives and incentive campaigns to drive Partners’ sales 
  • Develop deep understanding of Partners’ products and services and business strategies 
  • Develop productive working relationship with the stakeholders and partners 
Develop Individual Partnership Development Team (Tied Agency Channel) 
  • Develop a tied agency channel based on the business model developed 
  • Support further development of Agency Channel 
  • Support: Recruitment, life insurance training, activities management 
  • Build agency management pipeline 
  • Set and meet productivity and activity targets 
  • Build 3- 5 years Agency Channel Business Plan 
  • Implement MDRT and other agency incentive programs 
  • To prepare business feasibility assessment reports before, during and after the partnership process  
  • To prepare partner’s performance report  
  • To explore the potential business partners 
  • To prepare partnership business plans and implementation process
  • To assist the Head of Commercial in ensuring smooth running of the department

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of partnership business plans
  • To collect the quality control data, prepare the data analysis reporting framework to facilitate the partnership development process

• Externally o Assist and collaborate with the partnership teams for the necessity data collection process throughout the implementation process 

Other Responsibilities
  • Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner 
  • Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow 
  • Ensure to follow proper procedure regarding Partnership Department Guidelines 
  • Provide Process Flow Training for the new entries 
  • Other related tasks upon the Head of Commercial’s instruction 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance Industry Business Development Field
  • Insurance Knowledge is preferable   
  • Date Analytical Skill 
  • Coaching skills
  • Deep understanding of Financial and Insurance Market
  • English Language
  • Microsoft Office Environment  

• University Degree Business Management or any Business-Related Degrees • Business Related Postgraduate Diplomas
