Job Objective
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Communicating with vendors to negotiate contracts
- Providing technical support for users
- Writing contingency plans in case of network disruption
- Backing up data and managing accessibility based on client requests
- Installing new software or software upgrades
- Training staff on how to use an organization’s IT system
- Report to supervisor weekly
- Assist in developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain records and files of all documents/ checklists and ensure all relevant documents are updated in timely manner.
- Coordinate and co-operate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the workflow.
Job Requirements
Experience
- Must have 3years of working experience in Business Analysis
- English Language in proficient
- Banking and Insurance knowledge is preferable to collect
workflows
Competencies
- Must have endurance over work pressure and workload
- Must good communication in workspace
- Must be active during the progressing projects

- Must try to explore or learn the objectives as work requirements in short time

Qualifications
- University Degree in IT related field
- Relevant Project Management certification or qualification is an
added advantage
